29th Annual Goods & Services Auction

You’re Invited! 

The auction is a vital part of our annual fundraising efforts. We are excited to be hosting a hybrid auction this year; online AND in-person! You’ll find a mix of online only items, pre-event biddable items, and live event only items.

You may participate in either the online auction or the in-person (Live and Silent) auction, or BOTH!

Your support through fundraising events like this auction allows us to continue to provide quality Christian education in Edmonton. Funds generated from this auction will help support our Christian program.

ONLINE AUCTION

April 29 at 8:00am to May 4 at 8:00pm.

Some items are reserved for “online only.”  These items will have the winning bidder determined on May 4.

IN-PERSON EVENT

May 7th from 4:00pm – 8:00pm at our High School. (14304 109 ave)

  • live and silent auction

  • tours of the West School
  • new ‘Story Wall’ at the West School
  • Golden Ticket draw ($20/ticket, winner gets to choose ANY silent auction item)
  • free onsite babysitting
  • Cafeteria will be open!

*The bake sale is in support of our community refugee sponsorship.

May 7th Auction Cafeteria Menu:

Beverages:
Pop, Juice & Water – 1 ticket
Chocolate milk – 2 tickets

Snacks:
Chips/popcorn – 1 ticket
Large popcorn twists – 2 tickets
Nachos (includes salsa & nacho cheese sauce) – 4 tickets
Jumbo Freezies – 1 ticket

*Keep an eye out for the Ice Cream man!
Popsicles – 1 ticket
Ice Cream – 2 tickets

Food:
All Beef Hot dogs – 3 tickets (gluten free available upon request*)
Burgers – 4 tickets (veggie burger available upon request*)
Crispy or Buffalo chicken wraps – 5 tickets

Coffee & Tea – complimentary

Purchase your tickets at the Ticket Sales table when you arrive!  (Each ticket is one dollar.)

Food service is provided from 4-7:30 pm while supplies last

Please pay when you pick up your item(s) at the Society Office or at the In-Person Event on May 7th.

How do I know if I am the winning bidder?2022-05-03T11:28:45-06:00

At the In-Person Event on May 7th we will confirm your winning bids at the Cash-Out table.

Online-only items will be marked as sold and winning bidders will be notified via email. You can also log in to your 32auctions account and click “My Items Won” to confirm which items you were the winning bidder on. The online auction is scheduled to end on May 04, 2022 at 08:00 PM MDT.  At that time, for items transitioning to the in-person event, leading bidder notifications will also be sent to the highest bidders informing them bidding continues at the in-person (live) event.

How do I make an account to bid online?2022-05-03T11:30:54-06:00

Visit the “Create An Account page” on 32auctions’ website and follow the instructions to create your account. Creating an account will allow us to identify and communicate with bidders during and after the auction.

Once you create an account, you should receive a confirmation email from 32auctions (noreply@32auctions.com). If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk email folder. We recommend adding noreply@32auctions.com to your address book or “safe senders” list to ensure you receive future notification emails. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, you may want to create an account with a different email address.

If you do not create an account ahead of time but attend the in-person event please stop by the registration table to signup and receive your bidder number that evening!

Do I need an account to view the auction?2022-05-03T11:34:56-06:00

Anyone can view our online auction at www.32auctions.com/ecs2022. An account is needed in order to bid online only.

You do not need to create an online account to bid at the in-person live and silent auction. Stop by the registration table on May 7th and we will assign you a bidder number that evening for the live and silent auction items.

How do I receive my items after the auction is over?2022-05-03T11:31:06-06:00

All items will be available for pick up at the in-person auction on May 7th or beginning May 10th at the Society Office. (14304 – 109 Avenue)
