The following forms must be completed along with your Edmonton Public Schools registration. 

Please note that registration does not guarantee enrolment.  After the new student registration period closes (mid-March), we will process all registrations and notify families of their enrolment status, accepted or declined.

The forms below detail the beliefs, expectations and commitments of ECS and ESCE as well as the expectations of and parents and students enroled with Edmonton Christian Schools.
