Streamlined AGM Registration & Membership Activation
To make preparing for our AGM easier than ever, we have rolled registration and membership requirements into one combined form.
In one form, you can:
- Register your attendance or submit your Absentee Ballot (Absentee Ballots due by June 1 at 4 p.m.)
- Activate your 2025/2026 voting membership via donation (if required) (donations must be completed by 4 p.m. on June 3rd)
- Apply for new membership (if required) (memberships must be completed by 4pm on June 3rd)
To finalize your attendance, please note that you must meet the annual membership requirement of a $25 donation by 4:00 PM today.
Important Note: The society office is closed today as we prepare for the AGM, so donations must be made online. We are unable to process any donations at the AGM or after 4:00 PM today.

AGM Registration
- To help the registration desk at the AGM run smoothly, please register in advance!
- The registration process includes your membership requirements, so you can complete everything at once.
- If you know you can’t make it in person, you can also use that same form to complete your absentee ballot.
- We are verifying every registration and will reach out to you directly if anything looks missing or incorrect.
Membership Payments
- Just a quick reminder that membership payments need to come from the person who is actually seeking or renewing their membership. If you need a refresher, you can check out the membership FAQs.
Deadlines
- Absentee ballots must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on June 1st to be included in the final count.
- All membership items, including new memberships and donations, must be completed by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 3rd.
- The Society office will be closed on the day of the AGM (June 3rd) to allow our team to prep for the meeting. Because of this, any registrations after 4:00 PM on June 2nd will be accepted digitally only.
We’re Here to Help
- If you’d prefer to come into the office, we are more than happy to walk through the online form with you in person (before June 3rd). Keeping everything digital helps us verify information quickly and accurately and ensures we have reliable records.
Membership Term
- Any donation made today activates your voting membership for the remainder of the 2025–2026 year, including the upcoming AGM.
- Our membership year runs from July 1 to June 30.
