DESCRIPTION:Live Auction List \nCafeteria Menu \nMap/Event Info \nDEBIT/CREDIT: Debit/credit machines will be available for the cafeteria and auction item payments. Cash or cheque will also be accepted for these.\nCASH ONLY: Kids games\, bake sale\, kids store\, face painting\, and gamer lounge will be cash only. \n\nMark your calendars!\nECS families and supporters have been attending our annual auction on Mother’s Day weekend for three decades! This is our largest fundraising event of the year. \nThere will be fun for the whole family. In addition to the LIVE AND SILENT AUCTIONS\, there will be \n\nCarnival-style games for the kids\nCafeteria will be serving dinner (MENU)\nBake Sale\n‘Kids Only’ Store – Kids can shop for mom for mothers day or pick up a few items for themselves\nFace Painting\nFresh flower bouquets\nGamer Lounge\n\nCASH ONLY: Kids games\, bake sale\, kids store\, face painting\, and gamer lounge will be cash only. \nAuction Items List\nTake a sneak peek at the items that’ll be up for auction! There will not be any online bidding this year\, but you can view the items online. Online sign-up is NOT required.  Get your bidder number at the auction on May 13.  \nView Auction Items Here (Auction on May 13) Volunteer\nWe need 90+ volunteers to run this event! Sign up below for one of the many volunteer positions. Volunteers will receive a free meal on the evening of the in-person event. \nYou can also help us gather donations by connecting with business owners on our behalf. We have created this letter that you can print and drop off or email to businesses you frequent or work for. (14304-109 Avenue) \nBake Sale Donations\nBake sale donations can be dropped off at your school office or the Society Office on Thursday\, May 11th or Friday\, May 12th.  Please prepackage items and label if they are gluten or nut free.
