DESCRIPTION:SESSION SIGN UP FORMInformation Session Overview\nAttending a session is required before moving to Step 2 of registration. This helps you understand whether Edmonton Christian Schools is the right fit for your family. \nWhat you’ll learn \n\nECS mission and values\nOur Christ-centred approach to learning\nHow students are challenged to “play their role in God’s story”\nAcademic\, spiritual\, and personal growth supports\nHow families partner with the Edmonton Society for Christian Education (ESCE)\n\nImportant reminder \n\nEnrolment is not first come\, first served.\nRegistering with EPSB on February 3 or March 19 offers the same enrolment opportunity as all other new families.\n\n\nSession Details\n\nAll sessions start at 7:00 PM and last about one hour\, plus time for questions.\nIf the dates at one school do not work\, you may attend a session at another ECS campus. Content is the same at all locations.\n\nLocations \n\nWest School\, Kindergarten to Grade 9\, 14345 McQueen Road\nNortheast School\, Kindergarten to Grade 9\, 5940 159 Avenue\nHigh School\, Grades 10 to 12\, 14304 109 Avenue\n\nHigh school session is held inside West School\n\n\n\n\nSign Up\nWest School and High School sessions (held at West): \n\nThursday\, February 19\nTuesday\, March 10\n\nNortheast School sessions: \n\nThursday\, February 12\nThursday\, March 12\n\nAttendance requirement: \n\nAt least one parent or guardian must attend. DESCRIPTION:Open House\nOur Open House is an informal drop in event for families who want to see the school in person. It is especially helpful for children who want to look around\, meet a few staff members\, and get a feel for the building. \nDuring the Open House\, your family can: \n\nWalk through the school at your own pace\nMeet students and teachers\nExplore classrooms\n\n\nOpen House vs. Information Session\nThe Open House does not replace the Information Session. \nThe Information Session is the first required step in the ECS registration process. It focuses on our Christian program\, mission\, and the expectations of the partnership between families and the school. This helps you decide whether ECS is the right fit for your family. \nIf you want to attend both the Open House and the Information Session on the same evening\, you can do that. Please register for the Information Session ahead of time and plan to arrive early so you have time to enjoy the Open House before the session begins at 7:00 PM. \nAttending the Open House is optional. You are welcome to come only to the Information Session if that fits your schedule best.
