Applications for all grades are now accepted. The priority deadline for Kindergarten - grade 12 applications is April 14. Preschool is first come, first served.
New families may apply for admission by completing an Application
for Enrolment form either online or on paper. Application packages are available at
all three of our schools. The Application must be supplemented by
supporting documents including:
- Edmonton Public Schools Registration form (K-12 applications only)
- Copy of most recent report card (grades 1 - 12
applications only) for each student
- Copy of birth certificate (if student born in
Canada) or citizenship documents (if born outside of Canada) for each
student (K-12 applications only)
- $25 application fee (cash, credit card,
- cheques payable to Edmonton Society for
Christian Education (or ESCE)
For K -12 applications, admissions
decisions are made and families are notified by April 25. However, mandatory information sessions are scheduled in March.
For Preschool applications, admissions decisions are made in early May for children who are four years old and after August 15 for children who are three years old. Applications are considered on a first apply, first admitted basis. Preschool applicants must also complete an Emergency Card and a Police Information Check.
Current Families (families with students
currently in grades K-12 at Edmonton Christian Schools) can enrol
next year beginning
on March 13 by completing online forms on both Schoolzone and SEAS (our online
Preschool applications, however, are required for all preschool students
including from current families. Current families receive priority for
Current Families with New Students: If you already have students in
Edmonton Christian Schools and wish to add a new student into Kindergarten, Preschool or a
higher grade, you can do that on paper or on SEAS beginning March 13.
